Dear Members of Aid Lebanon,
I am deeply honored and humbled to have been re-elected as your President and CEO. This re-election is not just a vote of confidence in my leadership, but a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to the people of Lebanon, a cause that is profoundly personal to me.
As I begin this new term, I am thrilled to announce that we have recently acquired new partners in Africa, marking a significant step in our global expansion efforts. Aid Lebanon is committed to growing our impact beyond our borders, and this partnership is the first of many as we expand globally, one step at a time.
We remain dedicated to our Aid Medical Mission and the symposiums we host, which bridge the gap between medicine and research. These initiatives continue to be a cornerstone of our work, and we are actively exploring new partnerships with both medical and non-medical institutions in the United States. This year promises to be full of visits to the Capitol as we work to forge these crucial relationships, which will help us further our mission and expand our reach.
We are immensely proud of our ongoing partnership with LAU Medical Centers and the LAU Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine. Their unwavering support and shared vision have been instrumental in our efforts to create a healthier Lebanon. We are confident that together, we will continue to make significant strides in improving healthcare and advancing medical research in our beloved country.
Looking ahead, we are committed to addressing critical needs in Lebanon, including food security, shelter, and more. We understand that the health and well-being of our people extend beyond medical care, and we will be launching new initiatives to ensure that these basic needs are met for all.
Education is also a key focus for us as we expand our programs to provide more opportunities for learning and growth. We believe that empowering the next generation through education is essential to building a brighter future for Lebanon. Our efforts will include expanding our educational outreach, developing new programs, and strengthening partnerships with institutions that share our commitment to excellence in education.
In closing, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Board, our team, partners, supporters and every member of this incredible organization. Your trust in me fuels my resolve to continue leading Aid Lebanon with empathy, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to our mission. Together, we have accomplished so much, and I am confident that our best work lies ahead.
Thank you for your continued dedication, support, and belief in our shared vision. I am proud to lead Aid Lebanon, and I am excited for the journey that we will continue to take together.
With heartfelt gratitude,
